Reddish Egret, Bolsa Chica Wetland, California. There is just something intriguing about this Egret, probably because it is one of the rarest Egrets found in North America. I am always surprised when I stumble across one, and so I take the time to try to photograph it as well as I can. This one just about blends into the environment with its shaggy reddish head.
