I recently returned from a deeply moving conservation trip to Italy, where my lens was focused on documenting the shifting habits of two magnificent bird species: the Greater Flamingo and the White Stork. If you haven’t had a chance yet, check the conservation stories I wrote about Italy's White Storks and Greater Flamingos.

Winter 2026

Immerse yourself in the images I captured from my recent trip to Bosque del Apache where I photographed Sandhill Cranes, Snow Geese, Javelina, and more. In addition catch up on the Barn Owl I was able to photograph on Antelope Island. While you are enjoying the images, soak up the poetic words created by Rachel White.
