INTO THE MORNING FOG

Great Blue Heron, Flamingo region of Everglades National Park. As I drove into the national park with a few other photographers, the fog was thick and heavy, and I was uncertain as to whether or not I would be able to do any photography for quite some time. As the sun popped over the horizon, an orange glow covered the landscape, and we all jumped out of the vehicle to take photographs of this surreal view in front of us. I noticed this Heron taking off in the distance and kept my camera pointed in its direction capturing it as it flew away off in the distance.
