Burrowing Owl flying in search of food, Antelope Island, Utah. Burrowing Owls are some of my favorite animals to photograph, but they are fast. This one was flying back and forth catching insects and bringing them back to the female who was sitting on the nest. I kept telling it to fly towards me, and soon it obliged.
