TENDER TOUCH

Flamingo with chick, Tracy Aviary, Utah. When I read that there were Flamingo babies at the Aviary for the first time in a very long time, I grabbed my camera and headed downtown. I was surprised at how white they were, and their adorableness drew me in. I photographed them for several hours because they were just so cute. The mother’s were very protective of their young ones; there were three of them. Isn’t this such a touching image?
