IMAGE DESCRIPTIONS:
Story behind the image: The Greater Flamingos of Sicily look so graceful as they are flying. As they fly their necks are outstretched as well as their legs, and as they start to land they start to curl in their necks. Studying wildlife through photography helps give me more of an understanding about various species.
Method: Digital photograph taken with a Nikon Z8, and Nikkor 200-500mm zoom lens through a blind on the wetland of Saline Nature Reserve Priolo in Sicily, Italy using high resolution photography to ensure details are preserved.
