Story behind the image: The contrast of the Greater Flamingos of Italy and the darkening waters drew me to photograph this wildlife image of the Flamingos resting on the waters in the nature reserve.
Method: Digital photograph taken with a Nikon Z8, and Nikkor 200-500mm zoom lens through a blind on the wetland of Saline Nature Reserve Priolo in Sicily, Italy using high resolution photography to ensure details are preserved.
