Resplendent Quetzal in Distant Tree, Costa Rica
As I was walking to breakfast near the Savegre Mountain Lodge I noticed a group of birders and photographers looking at something high up in a tree. Upon closer observation, I noticed it was a Quetzal. I dashed back to my lodgings and grabbed my camera. Luckily it was still in the tree and I was able to capture some wonderful images of this very illusive bird.
