The Story: When I first spotted this rose on a photographic walk about, I couldn’t believe how it reminded me of red velvet. I took as many photographs as I could and back in my studio in Salt Lake City, Utah, I painted tirelessly to ensure this final image looked like velvet. Shop Fine Art Painting Collection
