Tranquility is the best way I have to describe this image on Fremont Island, Great Salt Lake.
Hiking through the open land, I would turn around and every time I would be blown away by the view behind me as we climbed higher and higher up the island. I was also saddened at the same time by the lack of water and how far back Great Salt Lake has receded.
This would be a perfect image for those of you who are advocates of nature, for those of you who need reminders as to why we fight for the preservation of nature.
